- Contact and account information such as name and email address.
- Card information such as titles, recipient details, contributor names, messages, photos, uploaded media, gift links, and delivery preferences.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referral source, and usage events.
- Payment and billing details when a paid feature or product is purchased. Payment processing may be handled by specialist providers.
How we use data
- To create, host, display, share, print, and deliver group cards and related PDFs.
- To invite contributors, send reminders requested by organizers, notify card creators, and provide support.
- To protect Sharewell from spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful content.
- To analyze product usage, improve performance, measure marketing, and maintain the service.
International transfers
- Sharewell and its providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, including the European Economic Area and the United States.
- Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Retention

- Card content may remain available while the card exists. Organizers or account holders can request deletion where applicable.
